Start your day of Thanks (11/27/25) with an all levels Flow Yoga class rooted in the Fall season & Metal Element. Join me for a 75 minute class of breath, movement, and presence to honor the balance of gratitude and grief that is in all of our lives and so inherent to this time of year.
